RecipeKnown (0.113b)

Ever have a problem going through a merchant's or the auction house's list of recipes, schematics, or patterns, and trying to quickly figure out which ones you already know and which ones you don't?

Well, fret no more, cause RecipeKnown is here!

RecipeKnown will send out brilliant little Gnomes* with a magic crayonbox, and color all the recipes you already know! It'll even color recipes your alternate characters know!

* Note: These Gnomes are not intelligent. You must open your tradeskill windows at least once before they'll know what recipes to color!

To access the command-lines, simply type /recipeknown or /rk!

Rogue Move Caller (1.5)

Rogue Move Caller calls out when to use a specific move in a basic Slice and Dice/Rupture raiding Combat Swords rotation.

How to use:
/roguemovecaller or /rmc to post the options.
You can choose between the chat frame, the error frame, or, if loaded, the SCT Message frame to post the message.

Known Issues:
The cycle continues regardless if you actualy SnD or Rupture, should hopefully be fixed later.

Future updates:
Customize finishers and the filler move used
Fix the cycle to only update when using Slice and Dice or Rupture
Add a customizable message frame for the addon
Add a gui options frame

O-Wheely! - Empower your mousewheel! (0.6 PR)

O-Wheely! - Empower your mousewheel! - Version 0.6 Pre-Release

NOTE: This is a pre-release addon which may still contain some bugs/glitches.
This means I'm also open to feature suggestions/ideas of course!
EMail: owheely@bluecowmedia.com or add comments at WOWInterface or Curse

What does O-Wheely! do?
O-Wheely! empowers your mousewheel in 2 important ways! (First it is slightly cheaper and second...)

Buffs!
When out-of-combat, rolling your mousewheel will intelligently buff you, your target and nearby members of your party/raid.

Spells!
When no buffs are needed - or in-combat - separate spells/macros can be triggered from mousewheelup and mousewheeldown.

O-Wheely also warns you about missing buffs in the standard UI error frame
(where messages like "Out of Range" and "You can't do that yet" normally appear)
So you don't forget to buff yourself, your target, your party or your raid!

Camera-zoom is still available too - just hold whilst mousewheeling...

What does O-Wheely! offer to my class?
Paladins, Priests, Druids, Mages, Hunters, Warlocks and Shamans
Self-buff simply by scrolling the mousewheel.
O-Wheely! remembers your last self-Blessing/Aura/Aspect/Armour/Shield and recasts it on-demand.

Paladins, Priests, Druids, Mages
Buff nearby party/raid members by rolling the mousewheel.
Single-target buffs are used so no reagents are wasted.
Buffs are chosen intelligently based on the recipient's class and what buffs they have already.
Shaman/Druids are even inspected to check their talents to ensure the most suitable Paladin Blessings are used!

Hunters
Mousewheeling toggles between combat and runspeed aspects.
In-combat, mousewheeldown will replace a runspeed aspect if it's still active

Paladins
Mousewheeling will enable Crusader Aura when mounted.
When dismounted or in-combat, mousewheeldown will trigger your last combat aura

Rogues and Warriors
Although you have no buffs - you can still create macros to fire from your mousewheelup/down.

Getting Started
First time you play a character, cast your favourite buffs
(Hunters: Aspect, Mage: Shield, Warlock: Armor, Shaman: Shield/WeaponBuff, Paladin: Blessing/Aura).
O-Wheely! will then remember these for future self-buffing.
If you change any of these, O-Wheely! will update automatically of course.

Assigning Macros to the mousewheel
Default spells/macros are assigned to the mousewheel when no buffs are needed or for when you're in-combat.
Each class has some presets (see below) but you can override these by creating 2 macros.
Macro "OWUp" is called when you roll the mousewheelup and "OWDown" when... you get the idea I'm sure!

These can be character-specific macros if you wish to setup different functions for different characters ofc...

Full details for each class
Resto Shamans/Druids: Blessing of Wisdom, Kings, Might
Feral Druids, Enhancement Shamans: Blessing of Might, Kings, Wisdom
All other Shamans, Druids and Paladins: Blessing of Kings, Wisdom, Might
(so a Warrior who already has Might will get Kings - or a Hunter with Might and Kings will get Wisdom and so on.
Note: 30-or-more points in a talent-tree is required to be considered 'specialised' for the purposes of determining Blessings.

FAQ
Q - Is this an ACE/ACE2/ACE3 Mod?
A - No - partly because I'm not familiar with ACE and partly because it wouldn't greatly benefit from ACE's framework/libraries.

Q - I'd like to customise the buffs I'm giving.
A - I've avoided a GUI/Configuration options to keep things simple. Feel free to hack the code ofc!

Q - Why no automatic Blessing of Salvation/Light/Sanctuary?
A - These are highly situational buffs which I think are best thrown manually.
VBUFF obviously won't override these whilst they're active
It will also rebuff Paladins with Sanctuary if it's their chosen personal Blessing (AOEZORS!)

Credits
This mod began life as the excellent AddOnTemplate by BelleBoom
Available at http://belleboom.googlepages.com/bellemaison

Credit also due to Aeldra - the author of SmartBuff - without that I'd never have been inspired to create this!

The One-Man-Army that is the guild <Damage Inc> of EU-Draenor

Known Issues
Q - In combat, mousewheeldown toggles my Aura/Aspect on and off - why?
A - You entered combat with Crusader Aura/Aspect of the Cheetah/Pack so the mousewheel was setup to replace it.
I can't change this until combat ends and buffing yourself with an Aura/Aspect you already have cancels it!

Q - I'm a paladin/hunter and my OWDown macro doesn't work.
A - Mousewheeldown is reserved for removing speed aura/aspects so the OWDown macro is ignored on these classes.

Q - Why doesn't O-Wheely! use 'group' buffs?
A - Because it's hard to automate group buffs without wasting reagents on players out-of-range/already buffed etc.
If you have nice, organised raidgroups to buff you'd be better off with either ZOMGBuffs or PallyPower perhaps?

Q - Why doesn't O-Wheely! handle Rogue Poisons?
A - I've looked into this and telling which weapon a Rogue is applying poisons to is not easy when they're using 2 identical weapons!
I need to scan the tooltips on each weapon periodically - which is fiddly - so it's still on the drawing-board at the moment.
GridDynamicLayout (1.0)

GridDynamicLayout is an additional layout for Grid that attempts to dynamically sort your raid :

Four groups + pets : tanks / healers / melee DPS / ranged DPS + warlock / hunter pets
Adaptative (ooc) groups taking into account stance / auras to attribute groups to raid member. Current behaviour :
Shamans > Heal
Warriors > Tank if in defensive stance, melee DPS otherwise
Priests > Ranged DPS if in shadowform, Heal otherwise
Paladins > Tank if virtuous fury on, Heal otherwise
Hunters, Warlocks, Mages > Ranged DPS
Druids > Tank if in bear, Ranged DPS if in chicken, Melee DPS if in cat, Heal otherwise
Rogue > Melee DPS
For each group you can define a list of members that will be forced into those groups (currently only way to correctly detect enhancement / elemental / resto shams and ret pallies)
Due to the way Blizzard handles stance changes you can additionally define a defaulted DPS War list. A warrior whose name is in that list will be assumed as a melee DPS until he changes stance.
Spell Silencer (1.0)

This is not really a addon, this is simply a folder with empty .WAV sound files that replace the default sound files used for errors when it comes to casting spells. This will remove the annoying sounds you get when you spam a spell, when you move around spells, when you fail to cast or if you try to cast while running.

Simply put the "Sound" folder in the root of the game (where WoW.exe is located) and when you load the game, you will experience a much more quiet and pleasant version of it! ;)

Diplomancer (2.4.3.6)
Diplomancer automagically sets your watched faction based on your location.

For example, when you enter Shattrath City, your watched faction will change to the Sha'tar. Head down to the Lower City, and you'll watch that faction instead. Teleport to the Black Temple, and you'll be watching the Ashtongue Deathsworn faction. Diplomancer includes a full database of known factions, along with the zones and subzones associated with them.

If you find yourself in a place without an associated faction, Diplomancer will default to watching your racial faction. If you wish to use a different faction as your default, simply type /dm default scryers (of course substituing the name of the faction you actually want to use). Diplomancer is smart enough to identify that "scryers" means "The Scryers", or that "scale" means "The Scale of the Sands".

If you'd prefer that Diplomancer let you know which faction it's setting you to watch, type /dm verbose to enable chat frame output.

If you find a zone that you think should be associated with a faction, but isn't, please let me know.

The browse list now shows 16 items.
The bid list now shows 17 items.
Papyrus (0.10.1)

Papyrus is a texteditor with a chaptermanagement and the possibility to run Scripts.

It is inspired by Cirk's Notepad but with a bigger textfield and an seperate pagemanagement.

This is my latest version I used since May. I am working on a new more intuitive, simpler and cleaner version.

Features
- Chaper overview for fast page access.
- Pages stored global so every char can access every page.
- Saves the author and date of the creator and last editior of the page.
- 'Unlimited' pages (be carefull of the space and load time at tooo many pages).
- Can execute pages as scripts.
- Can make pages hidden on the pagelist for other users than the author.
- Send pages to channels and players
- Move single pages around.

Problems / Known issues
- To add text in an empty page you must click in the upper-left of the window.
- Pageselectionbuttons (minis) are not displayed as disabled if selecting the first or last page from the list. Its only cosmetic.

Attention it is a beta version so there may contain errors.

If you update from an older version pls make a backup of you saved data. All should work fine, but who knows :).

LibTalentGuess-1.0 (r818)

This is a work in progress, and is for trying to figure out enemy talents using the spells used, or buffs gained/active, the API is a little bit odd right now and will probably be cleaned up later on.

Accuracy depends on spec, for example SL/SL Warlocks can be figured out to at least 21/31/0, but a Shadowstep Rogue would only be to 0/0/41, some of this is due to limitations in how we currently record events and will be improved as time goes on.

API can be found at http://www.wowwiki.com/TalentGuess
